Calling all new and expectant parents! Sign up today for our Welcome Baby Born to Read program and introduce your child to the joy of reading right from the start. The Windsor Locks Library hopes that this program will help to foster a love of reading and to promote literacy in families.

Infants up to 3 months old who are Windsor Locks residents will receive a free packet containing a board book, a "Born to Read" bib, and other items. Registration forms are available at the library or may be printed out on your home computer.

The completed form may be mailed in or deposited in the "Born to Read" box in the library.
