WELCOME BABY - BORN TO READ!
Calling all new and expectant parents! Sign up today for our Welcome Baby Born to Read program and introduce your child to the joy of reading right from the start. The Windsor Locks Library and the Windsor Locks Women's Club have developed this program to help foster a love of reading and to promote literacy in families.
Infants up to 3 months old who are Windsor Locks residents will receive a free
packet containing a board book, a "Born to Read" bib, and other items, delivered to
your home by a member of the Women's Club. Registration forms are available at the
library or may be printed out on your home computer.
