~ EBOOK & AUDIO BOOK DOWNLOADS ~ The Windsor Locks Public Library is pleased to be able to offer free downloadable audio books and eboooks from Overdrive and through the Connecticut State Library. Access our CONNECT downloadable catalog (available to patrons of participating libraries only): The Connecticut State Library also offers a statewide downloadable audio books service. The audio books collection is a service of iCONN, the State Library's re-search engine, and is made possible by a PEGPETIA grant from the Department of Public Utilities.
