The Windsor Locks Public library offers several free or discount passes to the area museums listed below for WINDSOR LOCKS RESIDENTS. Passes may be borrowed for 2 nights. Late returns will result in a $10 per day overdue fine and borrowers must pay for replacement of lost passes.
