~ RENEWING MATERIALS ONLINE ~

Your renewable library materials may now be renewed online, through iBistro, our online catalog!

To access your library account, click iBistro, or you may start from our home page at www.windsorlockslibrary.org and click on the ONLINE CATALOG button, then chose Search the Windsor Locks Library Catalog. Once you are in the catalog you will see a link for My Account in the dark blue section near the top. Click on this link and then choose Renew My Materials. You will need your library card number (the barcode) in order to renew. The PIN is always CHANGEME unless you have changed it to something different (we can check this for you if you have forgotten!). If you are told that the item cannot be renewed it is because it has reached our renewal limit or because it is not renewable.

The following materials are not renewable:
DVDs
Videos
Museum passes
Materials on hold for other users

All of our renewable materials have a limit of 1 renewal only. Some materials may be renewed a second time by calling the library at 627-1495. These renewals, which are special exceptions to our policy, must be done by library staff.
