The Windsor Locks Public Library, in partnership with the Windsor Locks Women's Club, has developed the Born to Read Welcome Baby program to welcome newborns to the Windsor Locks community. This program was developed to foster a love of reading and to promote literacy in families. each Welcome Baby packet contains a board book, a "Born to Read" bib, and baby and parenting items from area sponsors.
Infants who are 3 months or younger and a resident of Windsor Locks are eligible to receive the packet. To have a Welcome Baby packet delivered to your home in Windsor Locks simply fill out the form below and deposit it in the Born to Read box at the library. Members of the Windsor Locks Women's Club will deliver the free packets.
