Children's Programs
Sign up for 1000 Books Before Kindergarten at the library to receive a registration bag and your first reading log! Every time you read 100 books to your child, they receive a small prize.
All children from birth up until they enter Kindergarten can sign up.
It's easier than it sounds: 1 book a night = 365 books a year = 1,095 books in three years.

B.K.S. Club

Every month we'll read a story, talk about the book, and do an activity or craft. This month's book will be The Mitten by Jan Brett.

Tween Book Club

Pajama Storytime

Come in your pjs and bring your favorite stuffed animal to cuddle! Program includes stories, rhymes, music, movement and a craft.

2024 Kids Reading Challenge
Complete all the challenges for the month and win a book! Forms are available in the children's room during open hours. We'll have a new challenge form every month.
For ages 4-12
When you've completed all the challenges and checked them off, bring your sheet to the children's room to get your free book.
If you need help finding books for each challenge, just call us or ask the children's librarian.
Saturday STEM Challenge

Drop by any time during open hours to get a take and make craft, do a scavenger hunt, and take a selfie with our giant photo frame!
